Jered arrived on time and was very professional. Explained the difference between simply replacing the gear which might last for a while vs whole unit repair. He gave me pricing for both. Repair was about $1,100 and replacement $2,300. However, I ultimately went with another company that replaced entire gear box in the unit for under $300.
