Precision was great. We couldn’t believe it. We had a garage door spring break and they were out the next day, and then three weeks later our shop garage spring broke. We had to special order the spring, but the second it arrived precision sent Anthony out to get us back in business again. We are so thankful!

Kris was awesome! He turned a clanking metal monster into a purring kitten with just some bracing and a tube up. Even helped me back out my mustang when the battery ended up dead. Five stars, definitely regime.

We did not have a spring replaced. A strut was added for support. Service was great. Adrian came on the first call Jered came on the 2nd and 3rd call to make adjustments. In all it was a great experience. Everything seems to be working great. We are very thankful for your service.

Came out on a Sunday, which was very relieving, and did not charge extra for a weekend call. Adrian was friendly and explained everything. The damage to the garage door was minimal and he was able to save on expenses by relocating a support strut rather than charging for a new one! He called before he came and a text with his picture was sent so I'd know who to expect. A reassuring touch! He was efficient in getting the repair made. Excellent job. I'll call Precision again, if needed!
