I had a great encounter with Benjamin (Ben), today, when my garage door spring broke yesterday. I was offered a call time of 10-12. Ben called me @ 8:40 to say he had finished his previous job early and could be @ my place in about 17 minutes. Sure enough, here he was, 18 minutes later. Ben was VERY professional, super courteous, and REALLY knew what he was doing. I watched as he worked, because I am always curious to see other professionals do their thing well, and he made this job, that may have actually hurt me, look like a cake walk. After another 20 minute actual conversation, I feel like I have a new friend/acquaintance. I have been BLOWN away by the service I have received from Precision Door, and especially my interaction with Ben on this particular service call. Took him all of 15 minutes to perform the service, but the expertise and general good manner of this gentleman makes him a star in my opinion. Precision Door, take care of this guy as LONG as he is here, and then maybe afterward!
