Adrian was a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. He did the repair and checked out all functions of the door. He showed me points to lube and how to maintain my door. Called in with a garage door problem. Anthony responded within 2 hrs, all business, knowledgeable, and nice sense of presence. Showed me the issues with a broken, battered door and suggested options to resolve. Once I made my choice, he set up two replacement doors to be installed within two days, showed me the costs and took my payment. Very pleased!! Roy Fullerton P.S. This was a great deal. I actually had a very small problem. Lunden had it fixed in minutes. He told me I had nothing further to fix. While he was here I had him do a well check. I noticed some trim cracked. He did tell me it was not necessary to fix yet. I told him to give an estimate. He did and it will be repaired in a few weeks. I am pleased with his work. He could have told me it was anything.

Precision was a great company to work with. Somehow, our spring broke on our 4 year old garage door at 6pm Friday night. We woke up Saturday and made some calls. Precision was one of the few companies open on a Saturday. I spoke with them at 8:30 am and they had a technician at our house by 10 am. Michael was great to work with. He made a thorough inspection before making recommendations. He discussed all of our options and was very clear and realistic about what work needed to be completed. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
