They were professional and courteous. The doors look great! They did a great job. Only thing was they didn't seem to know that the remaining balance on doors is also included in financing, so there was a communication breakdown somewhere.

Recently our garage door was having some challenges and I contacted Precision for advise on what may be occuring. Ben was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, provided me suggestions, pricing and ideas. Although, I was not planning on purchasing new springs and opener for both doors, However I felt confidant in the purchase due to Bens help. In a few hours our garage is working better and more secure than before. I would rather spend a little more money to make sure it is right than go somewhere cheap or risk the full door breaking!
