Anthony, the technician who arrived at our home, was extremely personable and very intent on fixing on our unusual problem. For whatever reason, the Precision Garage Door opener sometimes fails to close our garage door in cold weather. Anthony assessed the problem and tested various components of the garage door opener. There was a panel cover on the opener which was not completely snapped into position. Once Anthony snapped it into place, the garage door opener properly went up and down. Because Anthony was not 100 percent sure this was the problem, he did not charge anything for his visit. If the problem persists in the future, I will have Anthony return and consider some alternatives such as garage door opener replacement or a replacement of the main panel in the current opener.

Chris was great! Very friendly and punctual. He installed the openers on Friday 10/9 but was having trouble getting the doors to close properly. Chris came back out to my house on Wednesday 10/14 and fixed the garage doors without any additional charge. I greatly appreciate the work that was done and how professional Chris was. I'm beyond impressed with Precision! Over the weekend the cables on my garage door came loose and I wasn't able to fix it myself. I called today and they were able to get a tech out same day. Not only that, Anthony called me several hours ahead of schedule to see if he could come sooner to do the fix. He was able to find and address the root problem(s) and get the repair taken care of super quick. Turns out it wasn't just the cables - there was a bunch of issues but Anthony walked me through everything and PHYSICALLY showed me what he was talking about and was never pushy or salesy and I never got the feeling he was trying to rip me off. I fact, when it came time to pay he let me know he didn't actually have to do a portion of the job, saving me money. He could have easily done it or said he did it and charged me. I didn't advise him of this when he was here, but I am a property adjuster for one of the largest insurance companies in the US and have dealt with plenty of contractors and garage door companies so I was confident I had a winner here. It's commonplace for people to ask me for referrals on work and I will absolutely recommend Precision. Thank you again! My garage is better than new!

Once again we had great service from Precision Door Tech Chris Kokinda. Previously he installed a precision torsion spring and also adjusted the chain linkage on our other door.
