I'm beyond impressed with Precision! Over the weekend the cables on my garage door came loose and I wasn't able to fix it myself. I called today and they were able to get a tech out same day. Not only that, Anthony called me several hours ahead of schedule to see if he could come sooner to do the fix. He was able to find and address the root problem(s) and get the repair taken care of super quick. Turns out it wasn't just the cables - there was a bunch of issues but Anthony walked me through everything and PHYSICALLY showed me what he was talking about and was never pushy or salesy and I never got the feeling he was trying to rip me off. I fact, when it came time to pay he let me know he didn't actually have to do a portion of the job, saving me money. He could have easily done it or said he did it and charged me. I didn't advise him of this when he was here, but I am a property adjuster for one of the largest insurance companies in the US and have dealt with plenty of contractors and garage door companies so I was confident I had a winner here. It's commonplace for people to ask me for referrals on work and I will absolutely recommend Precision. Thank you again! My garage is better than new!

Once again we had great service from Precision Door Tech Chris Kokinda. Previously he installed a precision torsion spring and also adjusted the chain linkage on our other door. Today he replaced faulty door spring cables. He did a stellar job and our doors are now operating very quiet and smooth. Thanks Precision and Chris for the great job of providing a heavy duty product and maintaining our garage doors!

I was so happy with my service today. Precision was able to schedule me within a day of me calling. I was sent a text message telling me my tech Ben was on his way accompanied with a picture, so I was able to identify him easily. He was cordial and was able to fix my problem shortly after he arrived. He also was able to answer my questions knowledgeably. I would for sure have them come out again as well as recommend them to anyone else.

The Installers themselves have been very professional however the people who order the doors and parts are idiots. First the wrong handles were installed on my brand new door (because they ordered the wrong ones) so then they had to reorder the whole panel, which took almost 8 months to receive. The installers show up and don't have the correct handles and the door panel that was ordered is the wrong one. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Ben Cain did a fantastic job. However, I am disappointed in Thomas Burnett. I was promised that the job would be done on Monday by 6 Pm and he took off before the job was done. Ben Cain had to come out on Tuesday to finish his work.

Old units removed that weren't functioning well and new ones installed quickly. Remotes programmed to open both doors and even programmed buttons in our vehicles to open the garage doors. New keypad and buttons in garage installed. Reviewed how everything worked and even went through how to change the code on the keypad. Made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. Cleaned up work area and removed old units. Great service at a reasonable price.
