I called Precision this morning as our garage door spring broke. A very nice lady answered the phone, gave me a very fair quote and said a service person could come today between 4-6pm. I agreed! About 4pm I received a call from Adrian who was working on a job across town and he said he could be at our house in 30 minutes. He showed up on time in his company truck. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. He got started right away, did an excellent job, and he even sprayed all of the hinges to make the door open smoother and more quiet. We were very impressed. I would highly recommend Precision and Adrian!

It turned out to be something simple and he gave it a good inspection too. I work in healthcare and appreciated that he was #1 on time, #2 respectful of appropriate masking, #3 he was knowledgeable and professional. My garage door unexpectedly broke and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. The team at Precision was awesome from start to finish and in less than 24 hours, I went from "how the hell am I going to get this fixed?" to "this new garage door is awesome!" This new door is so much quieter! There was a little confusion on the install when it came to the right model of panel I purchased, but Anthony, Scott, and Terrell (I think), were quick to make things right and exceeded my expectations. Barry diagnosed a faulty control board on our older garage door opener and advised it was better to install a new opener vs install a non warrantied control board. That was a good idea and Barry was able to install the opened at the same appointment. The garage door opener is doing great now and I am very pleased with the job.
