I was so happy with my service today. Precision was able to schedule me within a day of me calling. I was sent a text message telling me my tech Ben was on his way accompanied with a picture, so I was able to identify him easily. He was cordial and was able to fix my problem shortly after he arrived. He also was able to answer my questions knowledgeably. I would for sure have them come out again as well as recommend them to anyone else.

The Installers themselves have been very professional however the people who order the doors and parts are idiots. First the wrong handles were installed on my brand new door (because they ordered the wrong ones) so then they had to reorder the whole panel, which took almost 8 months to receive. The installers show up and don't have the correct handles and the door panel that was ordered is the wrong one. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Ben Cain did a fantastic job. However, I am disappointed in Thomas Burnett. I was promised that the job would be done on Monday by 6 Pm and he took off before the job was done. Ben Cain had to come out on Tuesday to finish his work.

Old units removed that weren't functioning well and new ones installed quickly. Remotes programmed to open both doors and even programmed buttons in our vehicles to open the garage doors. New keypad and buttons in garage installed. Reviewed how everything worked and even went through how to change the code on the keypad. Made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. Cleaned up work area and removed old units. Great service at a reasonable price.
