Ben was outstanding. He quuckly reprogrammed the remote, showing me that it was indeed reprogrammed. Then he made sure both vehicles were synched to the new program. Very professional, wore a mask, efficient and empathic. Very much appreciated how Precision helped us today

Technician was early!! Bonus points there! He fixed our sensor issue within minutes, did a safety inspection, and pointed out a couple things to keep an eye on, but wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to up sell us on anything! He was friendly and polite! Would definitely us Precision Garage Doors again!
