I was told that Sean Smith would be arriving to fix my garage door between 9:00 and 11:00. He called just before 9:30 and said he would be at my home in about 15 minutes and he was! Ben did most of the repairs while Sean, a very personable young man, explained what had to be done. He broke down the figures so I knew exactly what I was paying for and, when he discovered my late husband had been in the Service, took 10% off my bill!

The problem was diagnosed right away. Fairly easy because it was a broken spring. It was recommended that I have a two spring system rather than an one spring as it was installed. One of my garage door openers had broken so it was replaced. Also my garage door was given a good servicing.

Cables, cable gears, metal pipe, and bearings. All were either bad or worn to an extent that they would eventually fail and cause another service call. They technicians did an excellent repair service. They explained everything I needed to know in laymens terms. The door works exactly as it should. I replaced the locking mechanism as was suggested. It now locks as well.

Sean was absolutely wonderful to work with and did an excellent job in explaining what was happening with my old opener and a couple of opinions available for me. The issue I HAD WAS WITH YOUR CALL CENTER....what a joke....with the great employees out there like Sean I wonder why you have the call center as your initial contact for potential customers.
