Anthony came right on time and promptly fixed the door; it needed to be realigned and the bearing rollers needed to be replaced. He was very professional and friendly. I also asked him for information about replacement doors; he provided me with information and quotes- but no sales pressure. I think that I will call on Precision in the future to replace the door (it's looking sort of shabby, but it still works).

I am very impressed with Adrian Workman's abilities, knowledge and customer service. Adrian assessed the door for repairs and gave me options which included anything from a temporary band aid, a fix to the option of upgrading the door components and providing me a door with a much longer time between service repairs and or replacement. Being a choice/consequence kind of person and having had no so good results with band aid fixes I opted for the upgrade but I very much appreciated the choice. Also I am question guy and I had plenty for Adrian who happily nd fully addressed them. Adrian called me to let me know he was 50 minutes out due to his location. He was right on the money when he arrived at our home. Great customer service the whole way around You have yourself a very good employee and I hope if I need a repair in the future he or someone like him would do the job. So very impressed with Adrian in every aspect as well as Precision Door that I will use this service again when needed and I most definitely will recommend this service to friends and family.
