Scott got right to work and checked everything over. Within minutes he figured out what the problem might have been with my “safety electric eyes” and corrected the problem. He had it all fixed and was driving away all in about 15-20 minutes! The techs at Precision Garage Door are great at what they do and are very professional.

Anthony, the salesman was a real nice guy, and very factual. He, checking with the boss,!went a little extra for me, just to make sure I had ta the doors I wanted. It’s been a great experience, with Precision! Also, as they are “ on call” 24/7, they answered the phone, late Sunday afternoon, and sent out Anthony, early a Monday morning. Aaron came by to give me a quote on a new garage door. I showed him how the existing door would open but not close when using the remote door opener. He fixed it for free and gave me a very reasonable quote on a new door and installation as well as disposing of my old door. I signed on the dotted line and my new door is already on order!
