Quick to respond and dispatch a technician to repair the broken garage door springs. When Kris arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Explained the repair thoroughly , even gave us a couple options dependent on our financial situation. Kris knows his stuff...repaired the broken garage door springs and had us up and running in no time. Though a little expensive...very satisfied 👍

He pointed out where our system was showing some signs of wear, but did not push us to purchase more than we had originally requested. The service was great, and he also did the little things. They sent me a text with his photo when he was on his way; he wore a mask and socially distanced (this was during COVID), and he was very polite. I really appreciate it!

I will specifically ask for him as I plan on replacing and adding garage door openers in the future (spring 2021). Whatever you're paying him, increase it. He's good at his job.
