We were very impressed with the professional job done by Sean. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem and we decided to replace the opener. He got it done very quickly, made sure all our remotes worked properly. He also pointed out issues with the door, which is old and will need to be replaced soon. He gave us good information to help decide which door to get. This is our second repair with Sean, and we are very happy with his friendly and helpful personality. We would recommend him and Precision Door to anyone needing service on garage doors.

Was throwing an error 28 code, tech attempted to recreate the error code. No code thrown during testing. Offered me advice on how to alleviate the issue by lubing the tracks first, and then if the code keeps occurring, we can schedule another service call to actually adjust the head unit.
