Installer did an excellent job - very professional, arrived shortly after 8a (scheduled between 8a-10a), and reviewed installation with me before leaving. This was a replacement for original 1970's door. Love it!

He showed me what might have been the cause...took care of that, replaced the cracked hinges and put a door support on door. The garage door opener that he replaced it with is quiet as a mouse and very smooth. Keypad control easy to understand.
