It turned out that our entire garage door opener was shot. It wasn't just a spring or an adjustment. The opener, rail, sensors, and the rest were 18 years old, so that was no surprise. Anthony was fantastic! He explained and showed us exactly what the issue was, got us a good bid, and was back the same day to install a quality new opener. Fast service, good prices, and very friendly and courteous service. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Anthony helped us out as best he could, but we presented two issues, neither of which could be addressed due to 1) the manufacturer's ceasing to make the sensors we needed and 2) the door having minor damage (crushing on one end of the bottom panel) precluding the replacement of a seal. He waived the service call fee as no repairs were able to be performed. We decided to replace the whole door opener unit with a new one and the old one was around 16-18 years old. More more problems were probably on the horizon. We figured to address the issues now and put it to rest. He also gave us a home fix we could make in the door seal on the bad end to make it more serviceable until such time as we may want to replace the whole door, as those full panels are also not produced anymore. We appreciate the advice and a no pressure approach to our options. Thanks so much.

Chris arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem--a broken spring. He replaced the garage door springs, adjusted the chain drive, and lubricated all bearings and pulleys. Now, the garage door operates like new. He completed the job in about an hour. Chris is a friendly, competent tech, who really knows his stuff. We're very pleased with the result.
