It took longer than expected for doors to arrive from manufac. but as soon they arrived they were installed within the week. Tech’s were friendly / professional and worked until job was completed which was 7pm at night . Appreciated!!!

There was a mix-up with the appointment I made via the website. Somehow the appointment didn't show up on Precision's end even though I got a confirmation email. Thankfully, they were still able to get a tech out to my place later in the day. Scott more than made up for the earlier frustration. We did not know how quiet the new Opener would be. We assumed all the noise came from the movement of the old original door more than the 18 year old Wayne Dalton unit. New Synergy unit installed and you virtually can't hear it from the other side of the garage service door leading from the house. Blizzarding outside and Anthony inside got it done quickly and efficiently. A great tutorial on the system, safety release, remotes, and inside/outside wall consoles. We'll look at a new door when it is time to paint the house, which is in a year or two. I'd recommend Precision without hesitation to anyone in our neighborhood. And Anthony is a large part of that.
