Happy with the installing of our new garage door. We felt out of the loop with communication regarding the arrival of our garage door, we called 2-3 times to verify when it was coming it. Our original tech that came out told us the door would be arriving in a couple of weeks - 4 weeks max (this was in October) and here it is in January.

Chris was on-time and polite. He quickly diagnosed my problem and provided me a tax included quote to replace both torsion springs and the bearing. The price was reasonable, considering I didn't want to mess with doing it myself. I was able to get on the schedule in less than 24 hours from the time I called until my technician window. Now my garage is fixed and it doesn't squeak (because he fixed that, too)! I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repair work done in the future.
