Chris was on-time and polite. He quickly diagnosed my problem and provided me a tax included quote to replace both torsion springs and the bearing. The price was reasonable, considering I didn't want to mess with doing it myself. I was able to get on the schedule in less than 24 hours from the time I called until my technician window. Now my garage is fixed and it doesn't squeak (because he fixed that, too)! I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repair work done in the future. At the last visit Precision had problems figuring out the problem. They came back with Tom and Ben to resolve the problem. They found out that the door was tight against the wall and this caused excessive pressure on the driver. They then re-aligned the tracks and the door worked. They also mentioned that the old plastic rollers were not designed for our 12ft door. They recommended replacement of new ball bearing rollers but no pressure was made. We decided to have them installed even when we found out that they were rather expensive as we needed 16 rollers. Better done right than asking for another service call. All is good now and thanks guys for your help.
