I called Precision Door Monday afternoon for a broken spring repair. They scheduled me for the next morning. The repairman Shawn arrived on time and was very pleasant. Our garage door malfunctioned on a Saturday, knocking it off the tracks, making it unusable. Ben came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and provided options to either repair or replace. We opted to replace the entire door and motor. Ben then took the time to do a temporary fix so we could still use the old door on a short-term basis, rather than having us leave our cars outdoors until the replacement door could be installed. I appreciated Ben's knowledge, abilities, and his concern for our situation. He is a true asset to your company.
