We thought we only needed an adjustment to the door as it was not closing properly. However Ben found after much testing that the door opener had a broken motor as it could not close all the way to the bottom. He then informed us that we would need a new opener....ouch. Installed and working. Ben had to come back later as the door was still not working as it should have. The company was very good at support and fixing what was not completed without any complaints. I highly recommend Precision for repairs/replacement.

William came out originally (within a couple hours of my original call) to look at our damaged door. I decided that we needed a new door and opener (Amarr Lincoln 3000 and Synergy 370). William did a quick repair on the old door so we could use it until the installation of the new door. The install was scheduled for two weeks later. Jesse came 15 minutes early on 1/4/2021 to install the new door and he got it done in 4 hours. By this I mean he removed the old door and door opener and all the hardware and installed the new door and opener. Jesse was right on time, knowledgeable, quick, efficient and neat. He showed me how to lubricate the door rollers and the spring as well as how to program the keyless entry keypad. I was really pleased with the product, the entire process from the first call to the installation. William and Jesse were excellent. The door operates smoothly and quietly. I would recommend this company and its products to anyone who should ask.

Overall it was good. It was odd that a scheduled appointment somehow turned up a full day early. I called to confirm the real date and was told it was fixed, and they still arrived on wrong day. The. The installation day they also wanted to come early and that’s great, however it was a juggle to accommodate a new time frame to get someone at my house. Garage door and automatic opener work great. Install took a long time, but only one person was doing it.
