Adrian was top notch. However I was charged 89 dollar service charge. I called immediately Wed.morning after viewing your TV ad on Channel 2 which said the charge would be waived if called in for an appointment..I did,and Adian was there by noon.However,I was CHARGED the service fee after spending over 500 dollars for repairs...
