I had this company install a new Liftmaster Elite Series motor for my garage door over three years ago, which works flawlessly. It was time for a checkup and to quiet the minor squeaks. Technicians arrived on time for the appointment---which was well less than a day from when I called in to ask for service. They were courteous and efficient. Moreover, I always enjoy it when a contractor is willing (and able) to engage with you while the service is being provided. Sean definitely knows his tradecraft, and in addition to the service requested, went the extra mile by "tuning" up my doors (bracket adjustment, roller and hinge lubrication, adjustment to door clearance, etc.). Great FAST service. Called at 830 and job completed before 1100. Fair price just about what I was expecting. Garage door works better than before. They replaced the plastic bearing/bushing with a real steel bearing. Replaced the end bearings and replaced the torsion springs with the correct ones. THANKS
