Steven did a very thorough and professional job. After an extensive diagnostic exam, he explained why I was having a problem with my garage door opener. He made sure I understood what steps he was taking to correct the issue. Steven reset the motor to factory settings, adjusted the rails and lubricated the door hinges. He then thoroughly tested the garage door operation to assure it was operating correctly. I am 100% satisfied with this service.

The call taker failed to fully understand my problem, so when the technician arrived (in a very timely manner) he didn't have the parts he needed. He took the time to assess what needed replacement and made the extra effort to return to the shop and get the appropriate parts and return later the same day. He put in superb effort to correctly install parts and ensure correct and safe operation of the door. I will definitely recommend Precision and Stephan to anyone needing garage door work done.

The service repair individual punctually, addressed the issue, and repaired our door. I was very pleased with his work. My only concern was that it took two calls to your 800 number before I received an answer (certainly not the service engineer's fault)

I purchased a new garage door and opener, as my old garage door was pretty busted up and the torsion spring had broken. Even with bad snow the day of, Corey arrived on time and ready to go. With the freezing weather he did ask to step out and come back the next day to finish up the repair, which given the wind and freezing weather I couldn't blame him. The next day Corey showed up right on time and completed the install without any issues. He verified everything was to my satisfaction and that I had no questions before leaving. I have since verified everything is functioning as expected and have programmed my keypad entry as per his instructions with no problems. Great service and a great product.
