At 11:00 am I tried to call Overhead Doors and they had a message that said the call may be recorded for training purposes. I waited for a person answer but no one did & not even have a message to leave my name & number. So I called Precision Doors & got a very pleasant lady to help me. She said someone could come today between 3p & 5p. I was pleasantly surprised they could do it today! About 1:30 I got message telling me a technician could be here very shortly. I liked that I got a message with a picture of the technician. He arrived shortly aftter 2p. He introduced himself & in a short time had solved the problem. His name is Stephen Beck & he was very polite & friendly. I highly recommend him & Precision Doors!
