Ok, My garage door replacement is complete. I gave an initial review of the sales and estimate part of this project and now I will render my verdict on this entire project. If I could give this company a rating I would give them 100%+. The tech. that came to install (his name was David Deviny). He too was extremely professional and rebuilt the entire door then went beyond and checked to make sure I was satisfied he also ran through the complete operation and maintenance for this door. So, From the first communication OUTSTANDING, Office personnel OUTSTANDING, Sales (Barry) OUTSTANDING, Field tech. (David) OUTSTANDING! I would HIGHLY recommend Precision door service for door repairs. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to this company for its professional service!

Hello, I would (so far) HIGHLY recommend Precision. I needed a complete door replacement all panels were cracked and bent from wear/age and Barry went through the entire process double checked everything I would need and gave me the quote. They were very prompt notified me and even reminded me the day before as well as the day of and what time they would be here. I also found the office staff very helpful and professional. I will if asked when the replacement is complete, give the final opinion for this company. I am at this time VERY pleased!

New garage door and opener. I have some concerns, which I will discuss with Barry when he comes out in a few days. 10/06 - my door is dragging across the top of the cabinets on one side. It/the tracks were installed lower than the previous ones and it needs to be redone. I’m hoping to here from someone right away so I can get my car back into the garage.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I backed through my garage door at 6:30am on a Thursday. I called Precision at 6:35 to leave a message and I was amazed to speak to a real person. She gathered all of my information and told me that someone would be at my home by 8:00am that same morning. Garret showed up at 8:00 and immediately got my garage door to manually close so that my garage was secure. Garret analyzed and inspected the damaged beyond repair double door and gave me 3 levels of replacement. We selected to one that fit our needs and he was able to schedule an installation day for the following Wednesday. Garret came to install my new garage door on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job. I am thrilled and completely satisfied. Great company,great customer service and great personnel. Thank you again to your entire staff.
