May 31, 2023 - We had an appointment between 7am & 9am, for service & possible replacement of our garage door opener. The Tech, Sean Yahrling, text us that he was on his way, & would be at our house within the hour. When he arrived, he introduced himself, was very polite, professional. We explained our concerns regarding the door springs, garage door opener, etc. Sean knew exactly what to do. Because of the age of the opener, we decided to have a new one installed. My husband & Sean discussed the specifics & cost. Sean worked quickly, explained how the new opener worked, it's features on pad inside & outside remote. Repair was with two new and larger springs. New weighting of the door as it was wrong at start of service. New rollers and hinges as needed. Replace the center rail and brokenb band for lifting the door. All of this was evaluated and done efficiently by Sean. I am pleased with how the door operates now. We were very happy with Garrett and Precision in replacing a worn out garage door opener. He arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem that caused the existing opener to fail. Within a few hours we had a brand new opener installed and Garrett explained all its features.

I was very pleased with Precision Doors. Michael Thomas was the technician who installed our doors. He was on time, kept us posted as to when to expect him. He cleaned up everything after he was done. There was a small glitch with the door openers and Michael came right back to fix everything.
