Michael came out and quickly located the issue with the garage door, due to a power outage - it needed to be reset. Such a simple thing, but he was courteous and gracious about showing me how to fix it if it happened again. I called around 0630 and they were able to get here within an hour and complete the reset. The service was excellent but your prices are way out of line! $109.95 X3 = $329.85 for flanged ball bearing? Are these made out of titanium? $199.95 X 2 = $399.90 for "Precision standard quality torsion spring" Are these parts made out of titanium? From my point of view, I believe I got ripped off and will shop around in the future. Not a happy customer!

Outstanding customer service! Called 5 pm Sun and Sean arrived 8 am Mon. Fixed our programming problem, replaced roller pins, and lubricated spring and hinges. Also programmed a new keypad (original never worked). Door runs smoother and quieter than ever. I would definitely recommend Precision and Sean!

Love all the light this garage door gives and it is so much more quieter than the one we had. One issue we have is the gap between the door and the cement floor not happy with that. I wish he could have fixed the gap or offer an idea

We did not have a broken garage door spring. I had phoned to ask about replacement of a garage door opener that was not working. The openers are about 8 years old, so we have gotten good service and time to replace them. I ordered two from the company. I would never phone anyone about a garage door, garage door opener, etc. except Precision Door Service. Staff are always very polite, knowledgeable, and conscientious. In the past I have referred neighbors to Precision Door for service because I know from experience that they are first class people doing first class work ! Thanks for your help.
