I have already recommended Precision Door Service to my boss, and he is super impressed too! They offer very fair prices for superior service!

First of all, our garage door spring was not broken. We just wanted maintenance on our two doors. We feel good maintenance prevents any damage. We were very pleased with the serviceman. He was early, which is great, and we were notified of his pending arrival, which is an absolutely great feature of your company. However, we were disappointed that there was no discount for having two doors done at once nor a discount for veterans or senior citizens. In addition as nor repair was made, i.e. spring repair, perhaps there should be a separate charge for just maintenance. Just a thought. Otherwise, Christian was very polite, professional, and pleasant!

Michael came out and quickly located the issue with the garage door, due to a power outage - it needed to be reset. Such a simple thing, but he was courteous and gracious about showing me how to fix it if it happened again. I called around 0630 and they were able to get here within an hour and complete the reset. The service was excellent but your prices are way out of line! $109.95 X3 = $329.85 for flanged ball bearing? Are these made out of titanium? $199.95 X 2 = $399.90 for "Precision standard quality torsion spring" Are these parts made out of titanium? From my point of view, I believe I got ripped off and will shop around in the future. Not a happy customer!

Outstanding customer service! Called 5 pm Sun and Sean arrived 8 am Mon. Fixed our programming problem, replaced roller pins, and lubricated spring and hinges. Also programmed a new keypad (original never worked). Door runs smoother and quieter than ever. I would definitely recommend Precision and Sean!

Love all the light this garage door gives and it is so much more quieter than the one we had. One issue we have is the gap between the door and the cement floor not happy with that. I wish he could have fixed the gap or offer an idea
