I called Precision, and they sent Barry within 3 hours. He fixed the problem and lubed and inspected the doors, and explained the maintenance of the door. He adjusted the springs also. I asked him to replace the opener, which he did and it works great. We had a wiring issue with a remote, and he was able take care of it. Barry was very courteous, professional and good to work with. Precision was very good about being on time and communicating exactly when the tech would be arriving. Five stars all the way.
