Adrian was awesome - explained everything perfectly and was very honest with his quote. Had everything he needed and repair was done quickly and efficiently. Called at 6:45pm the night prior and repair was done by 10am the next day. Highly recommend.

Precision has sent out 3 different techs over the last few months to try to resolve my garage door problem. Shawn, Adrian, and Stephen have all presented themselves as thoughtful and concerned repairmen. I can only say how much I've appreciated their attempts to solve an ongoing problem with the door being stubborn in not closing completely. Stephen came today and adjusted what he thinks may have been the problem. So hopefully it is resolved. Thank you for the service.
