New garage door and opener. I have some concerns, which I will discuss with Barry when he comes out in a few days. 10/06 - my door is dragging across the top of the cabinets on one side. It/the tracks were installed lower than the previous ones and it needs to be redone. I’m hoping to here from someone right away so I can get my car back into the garage.

I would never use your company again, and I would be surprised if you share this review. The techs were great, but over promised. I was shocked at the inflated cost but felt it may be way of the ongoing inflation, so I agreed to the $570 repair for replacing the logic board. I paid half and was told the logic board would be available in two weeks. Fast forward to 3 months, several calls to Precision to get updates (the only time they called me was to return my call), and I ended up requesting my money back. They stated the logic board was on back order, which was probably true. Based on cost and lack of communication on their part I will not use them again and will not recommend.
