The middle track of our 12’x12’ shop door was slightly bent causing the door to struggle closing in one section and putting strain on the motor trying to close it. That track was replaced, hinges lubed and the door closes fine. Good service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

The service was outstanding. Steven took the time to look at the garage door over and made adjustments, installed a battery. He also took the time to show me the proper operation of the door and how to operate it when and if it had to be disconnected. Stephen is a dedicated technician to precision and they are very fortunate to have him.

New garage door and opener. I have some concerns, which I will discuss with Barry when he comes out in a few days. 10/06 - my door is dragging across the top of the cabinets on one side. It/the tracks were installed lower than the previous ones and it needs to be redone. I’m hoping to here from someone right away so I can get my car back into the garage.

I would never use your company again, and I would be surprised if you share this review. The techs were great, but over promised. I was shocked at the inflated cost but felt it may be way of the ongoing inflation, so I agreed to the $570 repair for replacing the logic board. I paid half and was told the logic board would be available in two weeks. Fast forward to 3 months, several calls to Precision to get updates (the only time they called me was to return my call), and I ended up requesting my money back. They stated the logic board was on back order, which was probably true. Based on cost and lack of communication on their part I will not use them again and will not recommend.
