Great installation tech. David was very organized and thorough allowing him to do assembly of the doors and openers at a fast pace. The doors are great high quality well insulated with a durable finish. They move very smooth with the urethane rollers. The LiftMaster openers are hi tech and have many options and each come with 2ea. openers, a remote key pad camera backup battery. Thanks Berry for helping us choose the right doors and openers. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I backed through my garage door at 6:30am on a Thursday. I called Precision at 6:35 to leave a message and I was amazed to speak to a real person. She gathered all of my information and told me that someone would be at my home by 8:00am that same morning. Garret showed up at 8:00 and immediately got my garage door to manually close so that my garage was secure. Garret analyzed and inspected the damaged beyond repair double door and gave me 3 levels of replacement. We selected to one that fit our needs and he was able to schedule an installation day for the following Wednesday. Garret came to install my new garage door on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job. I am thrilled and completely satisfied. Great company,great customer service and great personnel. Thank you again to your entire staff.

They came in a timely manner. It took less time to put it back on track. The only downside is that what cost me $69.00 last time about a year ago was $229.00 this time. When I asked about the increase I was told they are now charging for mileage. I won’t be calling on them anymore. That’s way too much to charge for fuel from Spokane to Dalton Gardens.
