The middle track of our 12’x12’ shop door was slightly bent causing the door to struggle closing in one section and putting strain on the motor trying to close it. That track was replaced, hinges lubed and the door closes fine. Good service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

He also took the time to show me the proper operation of the door and how to operate it when and if it had to be disconnected.
