Great experience!!!! The entire process went really smooth. They got here fast and installed the door and opener without an issue. My installer Jesse W.(was by himself) was incredible! Temp was 6 degrees to start and he didn't miss a beat, so good! He displayed high professionalism and just worked hard. Highly recommend these guys.

Christian arrived on time and called 30 minutes prior to inform us he was on his way. He checked out our situation carefully and presented two options for the repair. We took his recommendation for what needed to be done. He immediately went to work and repaired our garage door system in a very timely manner, less than 2 hours. Repairing the broken garage door was completed the same day I called Precision. Estimates for the repair allowed me to review various options with cost. The work done was by Dana who did an excellent job of repairing the garage door and reconnecting everything to a high standard.

The tech ( Dana) provided next day service and professional repair. As of this date( four days later than service), I still have not received an invoice for the repair service made out to me, the home owner and client. In addition, it appears I was charged $15.51 for a credit card transaction even though I paid with a check.
