Adrian was very helpful and more than willing to explain the different options available that would remedy my problems. He pointed out that there should have been two springs on my double door (he showed me that there were two at one time) which would have been easier on the opener. As it was, he installed the second spring, replaced the existing one (so I didn't have issues with the old one) and put in the quietest door opener I've ever heard. Very satisfied. I will be contacting Precision (Adrian if he is still working there) when the time comes to replace the door panels (8-12 years down the road).

Purchase of new remote. Worked during demonstration. When used two days later. Remote didn't work at all. Couldn't schedule revisit for two more days. Scheduled for a week out. No effort to attempt same-day service to correct the problem.
