Our technician, Jered, was amazing! He was able to come within a couple hours of our call, tried everything he could to fix our (17 year old) garage door opener but ended up installing a new one for us. He explained everything he was doing (in a way we could understand - lol) and walked us though all the details with the new model, including how to disengage during a power out, troubleshoot issues in the future, and even how pair it with our cars. He had a plethora of knowledge, he was kind, courteous, professional, and finished the job well before his estimated time. I wish all servicemen were as great as Jered :)

Tech. came out for a new remote not a spring repair. Invoice says he did a 25 point inspection which he didn't. Tech was very nice and helpful but to charge these prices we should have received everything we paid for.
