He explained what he’d be doing then discovered my problem was from the wrong weight springs that were replaced in July were the wrong weight. He explained they would make it right with no charge to fix things from the previous techs error. I put in a request to AHS as my garage door was not closing. I had to manually close it. Anthony called me the next day and immediately scheduled an appointment the next day. He was also tge tech that installed my garage door opener a few years ago. He remembered me and my house and immediately saw that the door was cracked in half. So, I ordered a a double insulated vinyl door. I received a call later from a salesman that they were giving me a free upgrade to a triple insulated steel door which was normally an additional $800. They had it in stock and could replace my door quickly. It was a wonderful door and a great Christmas present. Very soon after that I hadJacob, Sebastian, and Corey come to my house and replace the door. They stayed until everything worked perfectly on it. The door is amazing and these men did a wonderful job installing it in an expedient manner! I am a very happy customer all the way around! Thanks Precision Doors!

Adrian was terrific!! Worked his butt off in a cold garage. Installation perfect. Not a spring replacement as noted above but two complete new drive systems. Lots of hard work. Hope the new Genie system is will last a long time. So far it is terrific.

Benjamin was right on time, was very nice in explaining what needed to be done, including fixing a couple of problems with the garage door that happened after I had set the original service date. He performed excellent work, and was very good in figuring out all that needed to be done and doing it. He also comes across very well in dealing with people and I highly recommend him.
