The process was very straight forward from the estimate to the installation. Precision was very forthcoming with messages about when the technicians would arrive and provided contact information and photos of each technician that would be at my house. Sean did a great job, was thorough, and explained everything in detail. He found some issues with the gears in our garage opener and repaired them quickly. He replaced the rollers and lubed everything so our doors are quieter and will last several more years. He had to do the job in two trips since we wanted weatherstrip for the bottom of the door and to replace the weatherstrip around the outside of the door as well. Finally, I'd definitely call again for service.
