From the time I made my appointment through repair of my door, totally outstanding service. I have found myself waiting for a repairman to show up to my house beyond the scheduled time more times than I can count. My repairman (Scott) not only showed up five minutes early but texted and called me to let me know he was on his way. Not only did he repair my door, he took the extra time to correct a couple of annoying little noises my door was making. I will definitely use Precision Doors again.

I needed to keep working during workday, Sean was right on time, masked up, quick to identify the issue, quick to get at it and fix it, made the right recommendations as to what I need in the future, I set it up with him, and he’s gone. Adrian was personable and professional. He made a timely assessment of my situation and made timely repairs he found necessary. He also provided additional information regarding future issues that may occur and look out for. I would like to acknowledge Adrian for going above and beyond. When he came out initially to work on my garage door opener, the power in the whole block went out. He couldn't do what he needed to do. Instead, he told me to let him know when the power came back on and he would see if he could come back to finish the job. When the power came back, I told him. I was expecting him to reschedule sometime later in the week, but instead, he came back the same day and got the job done. I am very impressed with Adrian and he represented your company very well! I will be using your company again and referring to others.

The chat link opened and the representative said she might be able to get a technician out that day. I was thrilled. The repairman came within the first few minutes of the two hour window. Let me start .. Anthony Beckstead was at my neighbors house and I called him over to look at my opener and doors .. which I ended up buying both from him. He was just super .. installed my new opener that day and my doors were installed Wed. Sept. 2nd. The doors were installed by Kevin Bewick, who arrived on time and finished within the estimated time. He did the job by himself which I thought was pretty amazing. Did just a great job .. I don't think he even took a break. Just two things I would like to mention. About 5/7 inches of the rubber molding at the bottom of the new door was twisted and would not flatten as it should .. Kevin said it was probably loaded against something in the truck and with the sun shining on it .. caused it to form that way. Told me to take a hair dryer and that should straighten it out. After he left I got it fairly straight .. after about an hour with the hair dryer. The last thing .. to the right of the door .. I noticed some rub and a few very slight scratch marks on the wood door. I thought it might be hitting/rubbing on something as it went up and down but no. Again, probably was loaded on the truck and no padding to keep that from happening. Is there anything that you can recommend (I buy) to cover a couple of small scratches as I can see, again .. very slight silver metal showing??????? Anthony and Kevin were there to answer all my questions .. and we are very happy with our new doors. One thing we noticed .. Kevin took before and after pictures .. that is really a good idea .. when we picked out our doors .. it was from a catalog .. now a buyer will be able to see actual photos of customer's doors .. much better to see what they look like in a photo as opposed to viewing a catalog. We picked the best you had to offer and they are really SUPER nice. Also may I add ... you don't hear them go up and down .. they are really quiet. Five Stars *****. Kevin and Teresa B.
