I called Precision Door Monday afternoon for a broken spring repair. They scheduled me for the next morning. The repairman Shawn arrived on time and was very pleasant. He explained everything that he was going to do before he repaired the spring. I will definitely be using Precision Door for future issues should they arise. I also will be passing on their information to my friends and family. We were very pleased with the quality of service we received.

Our garage door malfunctioned on a Saturday, knocking it off the tracks, making it unusable. Ben came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and provided options to either repair or replace. We opted to replace the entire door and motor. Ben then took the time to do a temporary fix so we could still use the old door on a short-term basis, rather than having us leave our cars outdoors until the replacement door could be installed. I appreciated Ben's knowledge, abilities, and his concern for our situation. He is a true asset to your company.

They came out within 2 hours of our calling to evaluate our 15-20 year old garage door opener that I had tried repairing myself and found that the motor was seized. After a detailed description of options available to us we decided it was time for an upgrade and chose to have the unit replaced with a Precision belt drive garage door system... and we couldn’t be happier. The new garage door opener is very nice, whisper quiet, nice bright led lighting built in, an external keypad and a nice vacation mode to lock out garage door remote access. The technician was pleasant to work with, competent and wore a mask the entire time. Best of all he had the system installed in less than an hour after arriving!

I was overjoyed when I called Precision that I could have a tech to my home within 90 minutes! Unheard of service time! Barry was very professional, personable, persistent to find all the issues not just the major one. He was here until almost 10:00 pm ! ! I could not have had a better technician for what I needed - we chatted as I’d go in and out while he worked. His knowledge level was superior, his smile and attitude was exceptional and I have a working garage door - what a blessing for me. I even chatted with his wife as she was concerned at the time - his dinner was waiting in the microwave😁. This wasn’t exactly what I’d planned to do just before Christmas, but I’m thrilled God provided the perfect technician and my door works.
