My service experience with Precision was great from start to finish! The office staff was fast, friendly and efficient. I couldn't open my garage door so getting an appointment less than 2 hours from when I called was a blessing and a very welcome surprise. Communication was great, starting with an immediate text confirming my appointment. My tech called me to confirm he was coming and an arrival time. He was on time. Sean was a friendly, professional guy who diagnosed the problem quickly in an easy to understand way. he did the work quickly and I was back in business! Highly recommend!

He finished the job after 6:30pm on a Friday night and went across the street to talk to a neighbor who had flagged him down to ask him a question. This showed excellent service.
