Jered got delayed on a job ahead of ours but the company let us know his progress until he could get to us. Jared was polite and explained what our problem with the door was and what it would cost to fix it. He then worked on it and solved the problem in a short time. Called for service in the middle of a heat wave after a power surge wiped the settings on our opener causing our door to stop halfway. Our tech, Jered H, was here within 3 hours of my call and quickly identified and fixed the issue. He was friendly and explained everything clearly. He even noticed our door needed lubricated and did it quickly while he was here. Very happy with the service.
