Your tech, Adrian W. was very efficient & found the problem in less than 2 minutes (if even that long). Service tech work is expensive as most of us know, but a most effective way of handling the problem. I had already done some trouble shooting and found the cord running to the garage door opener was defective and no voltage was being supplied to the opener. I repaired that issue but did not know where else to look for a problem. Of course, I'm not a garage door technician. So, having Adrian come was the best choice and he gave me a few tips on how to protect the circuit a little better so this issue wouldn't happen again. Thanks to Adrian, the garage door is now working fine & my girlfriend no longer has to get out of the car to lift the door each time she leaves & comes back home. She was very pleased to have that thing fixed, it had been on the fritz for quite a while. Thanks again to Adrian!!!!

Moreover, I always enjoy it when a contractor is willing (and able) to engage with you while the service is being provided. Great FAST service. Called at 830 and job completed before 1100. Fair price just about what I was expecting. Garage door works better than before. They replaced the plastic bearing/bushing with a real steel bearing. Replaced the end bearings and replaced the torsion springs with the correct ones. THANKS
