Adrian did an amazing job! I contacted him this afternoon and I got a response that he could come fix the garage door in a half hour. I, honestly, thought it would be something that would take a couple days for them to get here to fix but Adrian was punctual and fixed it in a very timely manner. Steven did a very thorough and professional job. After an extensive diagnostic exam, he explained why I was having a problem with my garage door opener. He made sure I understood what steps he was taking to correct the issue. Steven reset the motor to factory settings, adjusted the rails and lubricated the door hinges. He then thoroughly tested the garage door operation to assure it was operating correctly. I am 100% satisfied with this service.
