I can not say enough good things about your company and Benjamin. Ever since I had you install a new garage door and all new controls; I have had difficulty with the door not working after a power outage. This is the second time Benjamin has come out and he is such a nice young man and so willing to help with the situation. I also asked him again for a few more pointers about what I could do when it happens again. He said to not hesitate to call if I have more problems. (Note: I did not have this issue with my "old" garage door controls - these "new ones" work great---but not when there are short power outages!! Turned out the motor is kaput & I need a new unit. I did appreciate the technician showing up ($98) as I had two other companies neither show up nor call after scheduling appointments. However I thought $800+ (with $500+ installation if I furnished my own unit) was a little excessive.
