Sean was amazing. The door was realigned in no time, plus he checked the working parts and springs, spraying those areas. To say this day was a very emotional one is an understatement. Sean was so professional and understanding that I will definitely call on Precision for any garage door needs in the future. I've already spoken to the son of the owner about your timely and understanding service. Thank you ever so much. A very stressful day, to be sure, was handled beautifully. Sean, you're the best!!

Charged me a service call ($119.95) when I was told there would not be one if I had a new opener installed. Sent an email that goes unanswered after a week. Sale made. Customer service disappears. Disappointing. Jaylon Bartley was very professional and courteous. This rating does not reflect his 5 star rating for his service. Addendum: Sean was very responsive to my previous review and promptly refunded me the service charge. 5 star all the way!

Stephen arrived ahead of schedule, was polite, and performed an overall check of the garage motor and mechanisms as well as tightened up the chain that had become slack.
