We purchased two residential garage doors from Precision, and we were impressed from start to finish! They were knowledgeable about nuanced differences between products and helped us select the right doors for our needs. They also provided advice on purchasing a new garage door opener that would work with our new (much heavier) doors. We were also appreciative of their professionalism and attention to detail on the day of installation. It was an excellent experience working with Precision, and I would work with them again in the future.

New system installed bought another remote. Sean repaired the arm thingie 2x4 original was installed incorrectly which caused door to malfunction. Sean did an excellent job explaining everything he did. Was extremely knowledgeable and patient I can sometimes be thicker than bricks. I’m not sure which opener was installed. Sean deserves more than a 5 star rating from me. Next month he will be installing same system in my old garage!
