The technician Adrian was very informative and very helpful. He fixed the issue very quickly. He noticed the door was a newer door we had replaced with your company but the old hardware had been used. Adrian warrantied the door and the job. That feature was much appreciated by myself and my wife. You don’t meet a lot real honest people these days. He is a good person and an honest person. He is a great representative for your company. The problem was diagnosed quickly, a surge protector installed and we thought it was fixed because all seemed to be working. Just after the tech left it recurred so I called and he came back immediately. It seems the electronics had been affected by a power blip so a new unit was installed under warranty and all is well. Jason was efficient and came in and got the job done. Plus it was very hot today, which is even more important that he was able to work through the heat. And very thankful for him coming out. The call service on the other hand was not so good. Tried 3 different numbers and was on hold for over 20 minutes on two of the numbers. Guess 3rd time is a charm. Finally got through and he was very helpful.

We pretty much knew what we wanted and Tim managed to give us exactly that. We were kept up to date on product shipment from the factory and when it hit Precision's dock, we were able to get it installed the next day. Jesse was our Installation Tech and he did a great job. He dove right in and got it done faster than we had expected. It looks great and is really really quiet. What's not to like! We happily recommend Precision to anyone who asks where we got our door.
