He arrived in the appointment window, was courteous, provided an estimate with a good explanation about the work needed and answered all the questions I had regarding the garage door. We're happy with the work and would use Precision Door again in the future.

Great service. It was seamless. Booked appointment online. Received email and text confirming appointment. Technician called 20 minutes before arrival. Received text confirmation with picture. Adrian was great. Professional, efficient. He said it would take him 60-90 minutes. Gave me options for repair. Was done in 60 minutes.
