Shawn was our technician and he on time and professional. He informed me about all the issues with the broken spring, and hardware that was worn out. The life of the door is substantial, so we only needed new hardware which he had on the truck. He did discuss various options of repair vs. replacement, and because of the life of the good door we chose repairing. Thanks for great service again!

Sean arrived as scheduled, explained 3 different options for repairs and upgrades. He was personable and friendly. He made repairs and maintenance in a timely manner . I was disappointed to hear that the torsion springs were not covered under warranty but I find those things more and more with most companies out there. I was a little surprised that I did not receive a receipt for my payment . Paid with credit card and assumed I would get an emailed receipt, instead I received this customer questionnaire. Rod L
